Extension of Stay
If you would like to extend your stay in the United Kingdom you must fall under one of the following categories:
- as a general visitor
- as an overseas qualified nurse or midwife;
- as a private servant in a diplomatic household
- as a dependant of exempt HM forces personnel; or
- for other purposes/reasons not covered by other application forms.
Depending on which category you fall under, there are a number of avenues that are open to you. Please do not hesitate to contact us for further information. We will endeavour to help you complete the application process.
Please bear in mind that potential applicants must be in the UK in order to apply and are advised to submit their application at least four weeks before the end of your authorised stay in the United Kingdom.
